“We are governed by the belief that success - for our clients, and us as a company - is based upon mutually-beneficial, enduring relationships."

Paula Satinoff is President and Principal of Solutions For Small Business, a professional services firm she founded in 2001 in response to increasing corporate re-structuring and downsizing.  She concluded that the growing emphasis on “bottom line management” would ultimately result in shifting brand loyalties and lost customers.  In contrast, she guides the company, and each business relationship, with an emphasis on mutually-beneficial partnerships.

A project manager and public/government relations professional, Paula specializes in written communications.  Her multifaceted range of experience and abilities combines the in-depth planning and follow-through of complex project details with client relations, negotiating and team formation/management and extends, where appropriate, to media campaigns and issues advocacy.

Paula brings over nine years of daily work in multilingual and multinational environments to Solutions For Small Business which, in combination with her knowledge of the translation profession, provides a complete in-house solution for clients requiring translation or localization services.

Paula earned her B.S. in Political Science from Bridgewater State College in 1992.

Kathleen Nolan joined Solutions For Small Business as Vice President of Marketing and Technical/Graphics Specialist in 2005.  Kathleen has been a computer systems support specialist and instructor for over a decade, providing computer solutions and software training for both corporate and educational institutions, among them Gibbs College of Montclair, NJ, and Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ.

Kathleen has created individualized training for corporate employees based on company needs, including M&M/Mars and BASF.

Kathleen has also helped numerous small business owners set up their companies, organize their staff and bring technology to their workplace.

As the result of her accomplishments, Kathleen was selected as a web editor by the Potters Guild of New Jersey in October 2005.  A certified web designer, she holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Centenary College as well as certification in Elementary Education.
